Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate our service (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for web hosting).
ChatGPT Integration: When you use Toplayer through ChatGPT, your captures are processed through OpenAI's platform according to their privacy policy.
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
