Toplayer is a personal capture and organization tool that integrates with ChatGPT and provides a web dashboard. The service allows you to capture, organize, and manage notes, todos, ideas, research items, and reminders through natural language interactions.

3. User Accounts

To use Toplayer, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

6. ChatGPT Integration

When you use Toplayer through ChatGPT, your interactions are also subject to OpenAI's terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of ChatGPT. The integration requires you to grant Toplayer permission to access your ChatGPT session for the purpose of executing commands.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Data Export and Portability

You may export your data at any time using the export features provided in the app. Supported formats include Markdown, CSV, and JSON. We support your right to data portability.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toplayer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the service or sending an email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
